We have developed a series of videos to demonstrate how easy it is to modify and customize the Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 Application. These videos show the developers making common modifications and enhancements to the software. One of these videos shows the developers adding a new field and a drop-down box to a form in seven minutes real-time! It is critically important that you do your customizations to the Integral Accounting Enterprise system according to the Customization Guidelines posted at Basically, you need to keep your changes separate from our, in either in separate projects or separate sub-directories in the business object directories, and make copies of your replacement stored procedures. If you perform your customizations according to the instructions and follow the basic guidelines, then our updates, patches, and new releases will have no effect on your work and you can patch your system with your updates without impact.
The Integral Accounting Enterprise application can be hosted at a third party location, if you use dedicated server hosting or Co-Location of your own server. You MUST have complete access to the machine via Remote Desktop, including full access to IIS, and full access to SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2005 Express, and be able to run the management studio package as well. You also need complete access to Windows Explorer, so you can properly set-up permissions and virtual directories. We CAN NOT SUPPORT any instance of Integral Accounting Enterprise 2007 unless it's hosting location meets the above criteria.
